Time Has a Way or Working Things Out

Time has a way of working things out. I heard this quote from a friend recently and it stuck with me. We always want things to happen in our time, but that's normally not the way things work out. We must learn to acquire patience and then be patient, continue to be patient, and then still continue to have patience often times. We only make life and situations as difficult as we choose. We have the choice to lose patience or get angry because something isn't going our way, but in the long run, what does it solve? We can control alot about our lives, but there are some things that are out of our control. And for those things we must rely on the Lord to work things out how He has planned for them to be. During the waiting process, that is where patience comes into the big picture.

Time can sometimes be our best friend or our worst enemy. If we are working against time, then we wish for more of it. If we are under a deadline or feel like we do not have enough hours in the day (which is the majority of the population), then time isn't always our friend. However, on the flip side, time can also be our friend. Think about a good time or a fun time you have had in your life. It seems like the good times and the fun times fly by. There are always going to be those times we enjoy so much in our life and can't get enough time doing whatever it is we enjoy. Such as a vacation ~ for one, vacation doesn't come around everyday. It's something we look forward to and then when it finally arrives, it seems like it's over quicker then it was even here!

So looking back over your life, there have been situations or things you were so caught up in or needed to change at that moment in time. And with time, those became solved when the time was right. Sometimes we do not even remember all the details of a situation because when are problems are solved, we move on and usually let them go. So just remember when you are going through something in life, things will fall into place when the time is right. In time all things work out how they should. In the meanwhile, we must learn to be patient and when God's timing tells you to do something, do it! Don't let life pass you by. Take every moment you are given and appreciate it for what it's worth. And never take anything for granted because life is too short here on earth. Time does fly, so go out today and make whatever it is you need to make happen!
